I think its easy to automate a CEO's functions if you're purely looking for a manager in the outdated corporate sense back when everyone wore suits and listened to orders. However I think like all professions, CEOs have changed in their roles and have to adapt to values like leadership and vision. I think its hard for a robot to come up with vision and make that vision resonate to employees without personal anecdotes. I have only learnt this firsthand that even though I thought vision was total bs, its the only thing keeping you alive when you and your company are in hard times because there is really no rewards when you're starting out or trying to find profitability for a huge corporation losing money and everyone is convinced you wont earn because you have a company that does not have strong operating economics
