I'm a really good iOS app creator. I've been helping people to create apps from scratch for 15 years. From problem led design based around lean methodologies. UX making best use of the platform ui technologies. And development using a pragmatic approach that gives a good balance between scalability, maintenance and time to develop. I'll be honest I do only want greenfield projects as that's where my strengths are. Working close with a founder or CTO to build a product that's useful and awesome. Working together is what is important to me. As that's the best way to make this work with a feedback loop that saves wasted time and the disappointment of misunderstandings.
