Awesome Django package list repository deleted, GitHub censorship suspected

Normally when repositories are deleted by their owners, a not found (404) error is returned. In this case the repository is returning an error 451 (Unavailable For Legal Reasons). No further explanation has been given by Github or the repository's owner.
