Much more likely headline: as has happened before to YouTube accounts on all parts of the political spectrum, it turns out that when you express political ideas on YouTube there might be enough people who don't like you and start flagging or filing false copyright claims to get your account restricted or even shut down. The "conservative" bit is a red herring; if you are on YouTube, and you say something that enough people interpret as political, you will be targeted by people who disagree with the politics they think you've espoused.
