Help. My company is try go from PT to Jira. We are a relatively small company 40 devs (Back-end/Mobile/Front End). Is there an advantage to switching to Jira? I think this change is negligible either way, what are your experiences?

Jira is extremely flexible, so it can be used well or poorly.

If this becomes a major issue for your company, it's probably a management issue and not a tooling issue.
