At work, wwe have a list of manual scenario (hundreds) that have to be manually executed every 4 months; at the moment, we are using an google sheet document that we are cloning each time.

Is there a proper tool that would allow us to do this automatically and by chance that would allow us to automatically open tickets in our ticketing system youtrack (thats maybe a bit much to ask :))
