Beyond the UI, endless capchas and after all that...declining my transaction with no useful error and "authorization department is closed for the evening, they will call you back tomorrow...," what gives? Is this an example of a monopoly behaving like one, where supplier power means you simply don't give a crap? Would love to hear any candid insight from people who have worked in the business.
