When I worked at a mid-sized company, I gained a lot of useful knowledge from other developers on Slack and pull requests. Now that I work on a 3-person dev team, I need to be more self-driven to improve my skills and I find it hard to curate a good selection of articles. I spend a lot of time on HackerNews or r/programming filtering through articles that are repetitive, based around hype, or are irrelevant to my domain. How do you curate a feed that most effectively contributes to your skill as a developer?
