Hi, Since my son was recently diagnosed with autism (age 3.5) I have been reading a lot about the unemployment and underemployment problems of autistic people. I'm very interested to know, how would you make your workplace more autistic friendly (both in the hiring process and the day-to-day). I'm thinking about doing something in this domain. Thanks!
