The project reflects thoughtful design and attention to detail. But I think it has low utility in part because this is not the kind of tool people usually search for and it would be unlikely to surface when someone did.

As a portfolio project, the user experience has a mechanical appearance: very much bare bones. If I was building a tool for myself, I would probably take a similar approach. If I was designing the tool with other people in mind, I would probably consider making the design more contemporary. Make it look more like other websites.
