I run an edtech startup Outscal (www.outscal.com) upskilling game developers in India. We have been working with entry level developers for past year and half and have executed multiple batches and developers are getting placed at 3 times market salary here (which has been a great motivator for us!)

Now we are looking to explore if we can do this internationally for studios around the world and help them build good quality distributed engineering teams for building games and ar/vr.

Note: we don't do outsourcing :-)
