I need a more effective system for taking notes. Anyone have tips, systems, or technologies that you can share?

Here are my current challenges: * I am relatively slow at taking notes and my handwriting is messy * It is difficult to take notes and listen to a moving conversation * It is difficult to take notes when the speaker refers to a shared presentation or spreadsheet * I struggle with what types of notes to capture * I struggle with what level of detail I should record * In review my notes lack sufficient focus (outside of a few key actions)
