Even in 2020, services like Shutterstock are using dark patterns.

I tried their trial and as this wasn't something which proved useful to me, I decided to cancel the plan. I turned Auto-Renewal off and wanted to delete my account, but guess what: there is no single action like this on dashboard.

If you want to end your plan early, you need to contact support. Every normal service in 2020 has the possibility to cancel their plan, yet you need to go to Help section and navigate yourself.

Anyways, I have cancelled my auto-renewal immediately so they couldn't charge and 24 days after my signup they charged me with their plan.

I really don't understand these services. It makes me want to make a site and expose all these services making dark patterns available and charging for services to users which they don't use.
