When I was working in a hospital with a newly graduated pharmacist back in the late 1970s, he had done post-graduate work on this very subject at the Victorian College of Pharmacy in Melbourne, Australia.
It's been a long 40-odd years, but hopefully that work is starting to bear fruition.
