I have been exploring team inbox solutions but I haven't found the one yet.

I remember recently reading a comment from someone saying that their company made a team/shared inbox solution basically for themselves but for the life of me I cant find it. It looked like a simple but effective solution. Can anyone help me out or does anyone have any recommendations?
