This function has a dependency on jQuery, even if I have "jQuery" unchecked. It's a simple enough function that you may consider replacing it with pure JS.1. Turn on Default Cookie notice
2. Visit another site - say google.com typing the url in address bar
3. Hit back button from google to this site
4. Default cookie notice is enabled, but boiler plate code is removed
5. Now Default cookie notice option is kinda reversed. (on - removes boilerplate & off adds boilerplate)
