Also I have my private theory that too often success makes CEO or managers into ferrari-cocaine-whores ugly types and that instantly makes them uncreative and happy with no progress in company. Aka stagnation and frustration for others. With bad health you can even have problems with understanding what people talk to you not to mention multilevel understanding and looking for a way to resolve things.
