As a new manager, it's been incredibly overwhelming trying to figure out the ins and outs of management. There's a silly amount of advice out there but a lot of it falls flat when it comes to how actionable it is.

So, we rounded up 30 lessons from leaders in the trenches on advice they would give to a first-time manager. The bonus is that their advice also serves as great refreshes for more tenured leaders.
