Ask HN: Am I overworked? I am exhousted and mentally done after a working day. I have a lot of personal projects but I can´t find time and motivation to work on them. I am als working the last one and a half years from home because of COVID. My daily routine is to wake up at about 8am and to work till 1pm. After that I make a lunch break till 2:30pm and continue to work till 5pm. Every secound day I go to the gym or for a 5k run. Even after a workout I "feel down" and want just to sleep. In the past few months the project that I am working on is delaying, maybe this is a factor for my behavior, because I feel a little bit stressed lately and can´t also motivate myselfe for the tasks at work. Should I make a break from work ? Have you experienced something like this before ? |
