I'm looking to do some graph analytics but over time rather than on static snapshots. I read this academic paper "Moving with the Times" which performed this analysis using a custom tool called raphtory, which seems to be fairly new and still in early development stages.

Things like identifying how networks evolve over time, windowing connected communities etc.

I know i could use neo4j or networkx and build hundreds of snapshots over time, re-run the analysis, but this is very time consuming especially on big graphs.

Has anyone done any analysis like this and can recommend any tools?
