Co-founder here. As software engineers, my friend and I conducted a number of technical and behavioural interviews over the years. We both felt the frustration with maintaining our own bank of questions, syncing with other interviewers and the time it takes to prepare candidate feedback for hiring managers. On the other side, hiring managers have to deal with tons of candidate feedback in a free text form in order to make a hiring decision.

Currently interviewers use different substitutes like Google Docs, Trello and so on. It does the job for small teams with infrequent hiring but for bigger teams with multiple interviewers it might create some friction.

We decided to build a platform that solves the problem of interview standardisation as well as makes it easy to evaluate candidates using star ratings. Any kind of feedback would be really appreciated!
