Hi HN, author here. Probably, this is not going to be the best english text you will read today because I'm not a native english speaker but I hope it will be interesting.

I wrote about my experience in software development since I started this career three years ago when I got my first job in the field. However I'm not writing about blazing new technologies, rather, I focus on relationships and how programming in the real world is being different from my expectations, how each company is different, and how soft skills are important, really important, even for software developers.
