Currently tech interviewers use different tools like Google Docs, Confluence, etc. to maintain their bank of questions, sync with other interviewers and take notes. It does the job for small teams with infrequent hiring but for the larger teams that constantly conduct interviews, it might create some friction.
We decided to build a platform that solves the problem of interview standardisation and consistency as well as makes it easy to evaluate candidates using star ratings.
