Author probably doesn't have any kids. Our grandkids and all their friends and schoolmates have no problem wearing masks. It's only the right-wing "adults" who are freaking out.
It's obviously not just the masks that harm kids. It's events being canceled, being subjected to arbitrary rules, and most of all probably remote learning. Masks are just the tip of the iceberg.
