We have ~ 5M identities in the existing federated social web, and it is interoperable, ethical, and standards driven. Get onboard or get left behind.

How would you solve those problems without a blockhain?
To be fair, making people pay money to hurl abuse at you with /trolltoll is an interesting twist on the usual system where you just block them. Not sure why that needs a blockchain though.
