If you were to take two positions as a team lead for two different companies working with different techologies, how would you make sure you make it work?

Obvious question: do the two companies know about each other? Is this 2 full-time lead positions where the people at each company think that this is your only job?

For the sake of argument let's say:

- No, but you're not contractually obliged to inform them - Both are full time lead positions but one of them has flexible hours and no set 9-5
