Crypto winter is here, but normally it's always the beginning of a new era in web3 (in 2017 we saw crazy papers, but after the crash, in 2020 Defi and NFTs took the world by storm).

From a builder's perspective, each winter makes the ecosystem more mature and brings a new scale. So is web3 scaling to the next phase now and every component is going to see a new level of complexity and scale? does it mean, it's time for more mature observability tools to understand what's happening in smart contracts, oracles, and distributed persistence layers...? What do you think?
