I appreciated that they were open about what was happening (internal caching infrastructure), but it's annoying to have the central login functionality for a government down

As I've gotten older, I realized just how wasteful governments are when it comes to projects.

Now I'm squarely in the camp of advocating for a "smaller government". A business can more efficiently utilize $1 to create value than $1 taxed by the government.
