Why would it not help him to think about whether Twitter is dying or not given that the most followed accounts rarely if ever tweet?

It may not be correct to assume that most followed accounts should be tweeting a lot for the platform to be not dying, and the CEO may not be able to answer such a question publicly, but it seems like a fair question to ask and think through.
