I'm browsing via Tor, and the site linked to in the OP claims Facebook is down when presented with an exit node in... Austria at approximately 420 Appalachia time.

Also, I deleted my Facebook in 2016.

(Smoke 'em if you got 'em, it's gonna be a fun weekend.)
