I can't tell whether this is sarcastic or not. It was certainly surprising. In most circles I would call PHP "polarizing" to say the least.

we need more of this, the new devs I work with have no idea of how things work, they are very reliant on aws or some cloud service or even kubernetes and ready made containers.

I remember someone having trouble with kubernetes ingress controller, and it was so easy for me even with little knowledge of kubernetes, since I knew nginx and knew exactly how to exec into the container, go to the conf file and debug it.

Kind of funny that there are server admin topics like databases and config management but nothing about container orchestration. Can be Nomad, ECS, EKS essentials, whatever. But there should be something.
