Initially, my co-founder and I built an interviewing platform but we quickly realised that the only feature people used was the interview scorecards. So we’ve decided to create a separate product that allows users to create scorecard templates, perform assessments and share scorecard reports. We tried to make it as generic as possible so it can be used for assessing not just candidates but also employee performance, risks, providers and so on.
