It can save a lot of time for developers, as they will no longer need to read through the entire pull request to get a sense of what it is about. This bot potentially can also help to identify potential problems with the pull request, such as security vulnerabilities or code style issues? It help people decide if the pull requests are of high quality before they are merged into the codebase
Code for the bot is also open source, which is good. This flows.network is just a platform, correct for people to write their own bots? You can make it more clearer about encouraging other people to contribute other (different) bot templates.
