Some teams do retrospectives to reflect on ways to improve. Some teams do 360 feedback. Other teams wait for problems and handle them in the moment.

What does your team do? What do you wish they did differently?

I have very very rarely seen corporate cultures where teams genuinely are open to & expect real feedback. The corporate body beedply deeply intermediates & creates a huge mostly-fluff zone.
