This is a big win for Microsoft and probably increases the chances that the CMA eventually capitulates. In some ways it is hard to believe the CMA alone can derail this deal by themselves.
I mean, is there anyone at all that even pretends that in a deal involving 69 THOUSANDS OF MILIONS (with tens or hundreds of people standing to benefit hundreds of millions to billions from it) there aren’t bribes going on?
