Any of the mainstream job site's listings get hundreds of low-effort, rapid-fire applications. GP's post on who's hiring (
https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=38501428) requires you to think a little about what they do and send an email to a jobs@ address. That's more effort than the person who is "applying" to 200 jobs every day is willing to put in.
