Checks out. I live a few doors down from a Hells Angels clubhouse, and they are constantly driving by with their shitty motorcycles with illegally modified exhaust, sometimes late at night or in the wee hours of the morning, setting off car alarms of cars parked along the street.
I'm sure it's no coincidence that they're considered a criminal organization, and the FBI & county sheriff has raided them a few times since we've lived here.
Unfortunately then the article devolves into racist, xenophobic dog whistles...
