Consider updating the title to include (2017).

I wonder what research has been performed in the last 7 years to advance our knowledge of metablog processes associated with MSG.

Also, I like that they recommended salt as a better alternative to MSG. (I believe I'm in the minority of people who have a sensitivity to it.)
