Does anyone works at Amazon? My money was stollen in the marketplace I bought something though the amazon.de's marketplace a while ago. After not receiving the package, I contacted the seller who told me they would send another one. After some back and forth, through the Amazon messaging system, they stopped responding. I contacted Amazon's support who told me they won't do anything about it because it's been 90 days. The reply I got was basically: "This rarely happens in our marketplace. Knowing this is the exception, I hope you (me) are ok with it." The order was ~70€. It's not about the amount, but about the fact that Amazon allows theft to happen without providing any proper support and hide behind a 90-day rule. --- So, is there anyone around here that works at Amazon that could help me out? Or maybe someone who went through the same thing and has some advice on how to proceed? |
