I made a tool to calculate if you would be better off using a tracker mortgage or fixed rated mortgage based on where you think interest rates are going.

I think you should do an explainer video on how to use it and how to interpret the figures. Not many people (incl myself) remember how to look at these figures, they just arrange their mortgage and forget about it until it's time to renew.
