I've been tinkering around this idea of product managament and productivity being fast tracked with boilerplates. For example, I put up a task on my Kanban ToDo to research on a topic and the groundwork is already done for me to start with - maybe a page linked to my ToDo item which I could build off. In more complex cases maybe being linked to your repo and based on a task creating a branch with the changes.
