WePay is hosting an event in Palo Alto on Aug 9th at 6:00pm. I wanted to invite the HN community first, since I think it'll be a good one.

Crowdfunding is becoming an increasingly viable source of capital for startups, small businesses, projects and causes, which will present both unprecedented challenges and huge opportunities to both the platforms and the startups they serve.
