How do you synchronize the time both players are available? Do they have to chat to arrange a common hour to start the game?

The titles players are paid by the minute. If I choose 15 minutes for me and 1 minute for the title player, should I pay 16 minutes? (And they would crush me anyway.) (I haven't play chess seriously in the last 30 years.)

Is there any post mortem analysis? I expect me to be totally crushed. People don't like to pay to lose. Do they get any nice perks?
