I suspect this will be flagged shortly, but I just need to reaffirm that it’s very bad to have a guy who bids on government contracts at a for profit corporation being I charge of determining what is and isn’t “efficient”.

I mentioned this in a different thread, but “efficiency” is a word that doesn’t make sense without supplying context. This means that no matter what the result of this dubiously legal department is, they can claim victory.
