I used to drink iced milk coffee, and my health deteriorated quickly. Later, I realized that the sugar in the milk was the culprit. If coffee is consumed correctly, it can be very good for health.

That's right, I used to add a bit of sugar before, but now I just add a splash of fresh milk, it's absolutely wonderful.
