I'm having trouble reaching efnet.net and irc.efnet.net, even though I'm using 10 (ten) different hosts, reseding 7 countries (with 4 ISP's per country), and -EVERYTHING- says EFNet is down (and yes, I made a simple C++ program for checking that and YES I've used well-known libs & packet-sniffers for confirmation), question for all of your YC users: Is EFNet down? I've never seen EFNet's HTTP/S + IRC down until this day.

So what's going on?
