Just created a simple Postgres DB backup viewer.

For those times, you just want to have a look, but importing to a postgres instance is too much hassle.

No uploading. No login. All local.

Haven't tested with larger files(> 20mb). Everything under is snappy Would love to see what mileage we can get out of this.
