Booking.com charge a completely different (and much higher) price than displayed at every step - including the final screen!!!

Small businesses are being fined outrageous amounts for not displaying a cookie warning on their sites but a multibillion dollar company seems to get away with barefaced robbery.

Thing I need to figure out now is how to get the regulators on in.
