We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to own customer success across our contextual intelligence and brand safety platform. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, leading onboarding, technical integrations, and ongoing product adoption. You will partner closely with product and engineering to solve problems, map client goals to solutions, and ensure measurable impact.
Responsibilities
Become an expert on Mobian’s APIs, data pipelines, and analytics tools to guide implementation and troubleshooting.
Lead onboarding and day to day account management for assigned clients, building trusted, long term relationships.
Translate technical concepts into clear business value for advertisers, agencies, and publishers.
Collaborate with engineering to investigate issues, triage bugs, and advocate for client-driven improvements.
Create and present performance reports highlighting KPIs, ROI, and success stories.
Monitor client usage, proactively flag risks, and identify opportunities for expansion or upsell.
Turn client feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering.
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging tech in contextual intelligence and ad measurement.
Qualifications
3 to 5+ years in technical, client-facing roles in SaaS, ad tech, or digital advertising.
BA/BS in computer science, engineering, math, or related field.
Proven success managing multiple accounts and influencing stakeholders from users to executives.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Technical aptitude to work closely with engineers and understand platform behavior.
Data-driven, with experience interpreting metrics and building reports (Excel, Keynote, PowerPoint).
Proactive problem solver focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.
