The doorman fallacy is a what happens when humans are treated as something to be commoditized and optimized. It’s running head down directly into the embrace of the false god that there’s comfort and safety in fragile.
AI is being used to reduce and over-simplify because growth and expanding is difficult, less predictable, and ultimately more risky. However, being risk adverse will eventually increase risk.
